TL;DR

Financial Planner (SaaS Fintech): Provide remote independent financial advice using pioneering technology with an accent on compliance, product research, and client suitability reports. Focus on overseeing automated advice referrals, shaping technology solutions for model office experience, and supporting team development as subject matter expert.

Location: Must be currently located in the UK and possess full rights to work in the UK. No sponsorship or applications from outside the UK. Fully remote with approximately one in-person team meeting every six weeks (London, Leamington Spa or Edinburgh).

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 / year

What you will do

  • Provide compliant remote financial advice to clients using technology platform.
  • Oversee client advice files, recommendations, suitability reports and communications.
  • Review referrals from automated advice journeys and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Test, shape and advocate for technology solutions to build model office experience.
  • Support Personal Advice Team as subject matter expert and develop team members.
  • Share insights with product and advice teams to improve accessible advice.

Requirements

  • Must be currently located in the UK with full rights to work (no sponsorship).
  • Minimum QCF Level 6 and Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
  • Demonstrable track record in financial services advice roles.
  • Experience with research tools, technology for products/funds, and remote advice.
  • Strong compliance knowledge (FCA rules, FSMA 2000, CF30 requirements).
  • Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) with sufficient CPD.

  • Process improvement implementation experience.
