What you will do

• Lead the design for point-of-sale and accounting features, overseeing the process from conception to launch.
• Create holistic systems, flows, and user-friendly interfaces while contributing to the continuous improvement of the design system.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to turn complex concepts into delightful product features.
• Draw insights from user research and data to implement tangible, user-centered solutions.
• Explore and integrate AI and emerging technologies to shape new design approaches.
• Act as a design advocate and mentor within the organization, promoting high-quality UX standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical, in-house product UX/UI design experience.
• Degree in Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, Industrial Design, or Communication.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
• Must be hired to perform work within Ontario, Canada.
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma, Google Suite, and JIRA.
• Strong expertise in design systems, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
