What you will do

• Lead design projects with autonomy, facilitating reviews and working sessions to deliver optimal solutions.
• Design holistic systems, flows, and user-friendly interfaces for the point-of-sale and accounting space.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to turn nebulous concepts into delightful product features.
• Leverage and contribute to the existing design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Draw insights from research and data to create tangible, user-centered solutions.
• Integrate AI and emerging technologies to explore and shape new design approaches.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario
• English: Fluency required as a working language
• At least 5 years of practical in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
• Education in Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, Industrial Design, or Communication.
• Proficiency with Figma, Google Suite, JIRA, and prototyping tools.
• Experience working with responsive web and native applications in technically complex environments.
