What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for your product area, from early concepts and user flows to polished, production-ready UI.
• Shape product strategy by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions based on customer insights and data.
• Plan and conduct user interviews and usability tests to ensure designs are grounded in real user behavior.
• Create functional prototypes and high-fidelity visuals to communicate design decisions clearly.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Contribute to and advocate for the adoption of the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing visual craft and business impact in B2B SaaS.
• Experience using AI tools to support design workflows and prototyping.
• Proficiency across the full design stack: UI, interaction design, UX problem solving, and design strategy.
• Proven experience running usability tests and iterating designs based on findings.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale to stakeholders and executives.
• Experience contributing to and working within a design system.
