What you will do
- Own end-to-end design for your product area, from early concepts and user flows to polished, production-ready UI.
- Shape product strategy by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions based on customer insights and data.
- Plan and conduct user interviews and usability tests to ensure designs are grounded in real user behavior.
- Create functional prototypes and high-fidelity visuals to communicate design decisions clearly.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Contribute to and advocate for the adoption of the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing visual craft and business impact in B2B SaaS.
- Experience using AI tools to support design workflows and prototyping.
- Proficiency across the full design stack: UI, interaction design, UX problem solving, and design strategy.
- Proven experience running usability tests and iterating designs based on findings.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale to stakeholders and executives.
- Experience contributing to and working within a design system.
