What you will do

• Assist the Sales/Talent Management team in securing influencer campaign activations.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers to support campaign strategies.
• Research and recommend influencers to brands based on audience, niche, and campaign goals.
• Collect and analyze campaign data to create reports and insights for future optimization.
• Conduct regular outreach to brands to secure new campaign opportunities.
• Stay updated with market trends to inform overall campaign strategy.

Requirements

• Must be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior in college.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Ability to commit to at least 15 hours a week during normal office hours (8 AM–5 PM in your time zone).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and a professional demeanor.
• Resourceful and proactive approach to learning.
