What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end MDF lifecycle, including fund allocation, campaign approval, and reimbursement processes.
• Monitor partner marketing activities to ensure compliance with corporate brand guidelines.
• Track fund utilization and suggest budget reallocations to ensure full utilization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track ROI of MDF-funded activities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely data loading in CRM systems.
• Act as an internal helpdesk for partners regarding program onboarding and activity planning.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Brazil.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (pivots, macros), Power BI, and Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Intermediate knowledge of AI concepts.
• English proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
• Residency in São Paulo.
