ePMO Process & Tools Analyst: Design, build, and evolve Delivery Framework with processes, tools, and templates for project/program management with an accent on standardization, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting. Location: Fixed hybrid role on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at HQ in Maple Plain, MN. Only open to U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), or refugees/asylees due to ITAR regulations. Individuals with temporary visas are not eligible.
Salary: $76,700 - $102,300 a year

What You'll Do
- Design, document, and improve Delivery Framework for standardized project/program processes including staffing, capacity management, Gantt charts, risks, and reporting.
- Create and maintain knowledge repository with tools, templates, training materials, and facilitate lessons-learned sessions.
- Administer PPM tool: configure for framework alignment, integrations with ERP/HRIS/finance, user guides, onboarding, and support.
- Develop reporting templates, dashboards for performance, risks, issues, and support ePMO metrics tracking.
- Identify process/tool improvements and build Project Management Community of Practice with training and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
- 5+ years developing process documentation, templates, knowledge repositories.
- Hands-on PPM tools admin (Asana, Planview, Smartsheet, Project Online, Jira Align).
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical/process design, communication, proficiency in PM software.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented problem-solving; ability to train users.
Nice to have
- CAPM, PMP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe).
