What you will do

• Serve as the Workday SME for the Expense module, providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain Workday Expense business processes, security, and data flows.
• Lead the design, testing, and deployment of Expense solutions using Workday best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process adoption.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support international finance operations.
• Coordinate Workday releases and upgrades by evaluating new functionality and implementing enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday Product Analyst experience with 3+ years focusing on Workday Expense configuration.
• Deep expertise in Business Process Configuration, Security Administration, and EIBs.
• Strong experience in unit, regression, and UAT testing for new features.
• Proficiency in Agile workflows and tools like Jira and ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in one of the specified US locations (Bellevue, Chicago, San Francisco, or Washington DC).

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, or developing custom integrations.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or SAP.
• Proven track record of driving automation and process optimization.
