What you will do

• Assist with the setup and configuration of ERP software for municipal customers.
• Document customer business processes and requirements to ensure successful implementation.
• Validate and review customer data following system conversions or updates.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles for customer enablement.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, diagnosing data errors and recommending corrective actions.
• Test software updates and validate bug fixes or new functionality.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel, data analysis, or reporting.
• Prior exposure to ERP systems or SaaS platforms.
• Basic understanding of databases or data structures.
