What you will do

• Envision, design, and prototype data models to be integrated into the product and internal processes.
• Build and automate data collection, structuring, and delivery using scraping, AI, and LLMs.
• Develop scalable Python ETL pipelines using Pandas, regex, and SQL to consolidate and deduplicate multi-year datasets.
• Implement Named Entity Recognition (NER), fuzzy matching, and supervised ML models to classify match confidence and improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with product and customer success teams to identify new data sources and acquisition methods based on customer needs.
• Manage the entire data lifecycle in coordination with the engineering team to implement automation into the product.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data mining, wrangling, and cleaning of large-scale datasets.
• Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and Excel.
• Experience maintaining and deploying ML models (Transformers, Pattern Recognition) and handling model persistence (.pkl).
• Experience working with APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Hubspot, and Slack.
• Must be based in Mexico or Latin America.

• Strong interest or professional experience in emerging AI and LLM technologies.
