Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or structured customer service.
• Strong familiarity with the German healthcare system and medical terminology.
• Basic understanding of clinical trial phases and enrollment processes.
• Native-level German and professional-level English proficiency.
• Demonstrated experience handling sensitive patient data in compliance with GDPR.
