What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale.
  • Ensure successful customer onboarding and continuous value realization from services.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address risks to drive long-term retention.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand accounts and increase revenue.
  • Gather customer feedback and advocate for client needs to internal product and leadership teams.
  • Maintain accurate engagement notes and track success metrics within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
  • Strong sales-driven mindset and ability to identify account expansion opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive retention.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and customer success platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, lead generation, or sales development environments.
  • Previous experience collaborating closely with sales teams or revenue operations.
  • Proven track record of upselling or expanding client accounts.
