What you will do

• Own the full user acquisition funnel from first touchpoint to conversion, identifying drop-off points and running optimization experiments.
• Build and maintain growth dashboards to track funnel performance, cohort behavior, and unit economics.
• Design and measure rapid experiments across partnerships, organic content, community building, and paid media.
• Develop and execute the overall growth strategy in direct collaboration with the CEO and senior leadership.
• Coordinate with product, operations, and engagement teams to ensure seamless user experiences for growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition in data-driven environments.
• Proven track record of executing experiments that significantly moved key business metrics like conversion and retention.
• Deep understanding of full-funnel thinking, including cohort analysis and unit economics.
• Hands-on proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• English: C1 level required for presenting strategies and results to C-level leadership.
• Location: Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey.

• Experience in high-velocity environments like gaming, consumer apps, or marketplaces.
• Background in healthcare, health-tech, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools.
