Salary: $95,000 – $130,000

What you will do
- Lead the strategic development and alignment of the Comprehensive Wall Process and POG strategies across the organization.
- Collaborate with customer, marketing, and creative teams to ensure timely and accurate seasonal merchandising and deliverables.
- Develop financially responsible recommendations for merchandising new items in account-specific fixture environments.
- Present POG strategies to top accounts and manage all graphic and fixture coding requirements.
- Manage space management brokers to ensure merchandising guidelines and internal timelines are met.
- Maintain product image libraries and utilize space management tools like ProSpace.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company.
- Proficiency in JDA Space Planning Software, including IKB and ProSpace, is mandatory.
- Must be based in and able to work from the New York City headquarter office.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the beauty industry or customer support.
- Ability to utilize data from Nielsen, IRI, Spectra, or Household Panel.
- Experience leading through ambiguity and driving activation.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to solve complex problems.
