What you will do

• Lead the strategic development and alignment of the Comprehensive Wall Process and POG strategies across the organization.
• Collaborate with customer, marketing, and creative teams to ensure timely and accurate seasonal merchandising and deliverables.
• Develop financially responsible recommendations for merchandising new items in account-specific fixture environments.
• Present POG strategies to top accounts and manage all graphic and fixture coding requirements.
• Manage space management brokers to ensure merchandising guidelines and internal timelines are met.
• Maintain product image libraries and utilize space management tools like ProSpace.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company.
• Proficiency in JDA Space Planning Software, including IKB and ProSpace, is mandatory.
• Must be based in and able to work from the New York City headquarter office.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the beauty industry or customer support.
• Ability to utilize data from Nielsen, IRI, Spectra, or Household Panel.
• Experience leading through ambiguity and driving activation.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to solve complex problems.
