Salary: $160,000–$190,000

What you will do

  • Own the retail and shopper marketing strategy to drive conversion and velocity across all retailers.
  • Lead annual planning, including promotional calendars, launch support, and seasonal activations.
  • Manage the retail marketing budget end-to-end, focusing on forecasting, allocation, and ROI discipline.
  • Develop a scalable toolkit of in-store assets (POP, displays) to maintain brand consistency and drive trial.
  • Strengthen retailer partnerships to unlock co-op opportunities and retail media investments.
  • Oversee the execution of major retail moments and trade shows, such as Expo West.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in shopper, retail, or commerce marketing within the CPG industry.
  • Proven track record of building omni-channel programs across in-store, retail.com, and retail media.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience working with Sales, Brand, Creative, eComm, and Finance.
  • Experience owning budgets and making ROI-based trade-offs across multiple retailers.
  • Deep understanding of shopper behavior, merchandising, and retailer marketing ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate measurement outputs into clear, actionable strategies.
