What you will do
- Build and expand a referral physician network for clinical trial enrollment services across Germany.
- Conduct outbound outreach to physician offices and perform follow-up in-person visits.
- Identify and engage oncologists and other relevant specialists to secure appointments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report network growth results to internal teams.
- Collect and share feedback from physician offices with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
- Analyze market potential and provide regular status reports.
Requirements
- Must be living in Germany with the ability to travel nationwide.
- 4+ years of physician-facing experience in oncology, pharma, biotech, or CRO.
- Extensive existing network of physicians within Germany.
- Fluency in both English and German (verbal and written).
- BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong familiarity with the German healthcare system and medical terminology.
Nice to have
- Experience as a senior freelance CRA or in a similar relationship-driven field role.
