What you will do

• Monitor daily project milestones and report any deviations to leadership immediately.
• Manage and ensure accuracy of "as-built" drawings, manuals, and SOP documentation.
• Lead the recording of defects using the MGU-I-B09-34 checklist and manage supplier accountability.
• Generate comprehensive construction progress reports every three weeks for plant leadership.
• Participate in PFMEA and safety validations, including LOTO, light curtains, and emergency stops.
• Facilitate FAT/SAT (Factory/Site Acceptance Tests) and prepare the Final Handover Package for audits.

Requirements

• Degree in Automotive, Industrial, Mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial construction projects.
• English: B2-C1 proficiency required.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ANSI, or CE machine safety standards.
• High proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Jira, and Confluence.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Blythewood, SC.

• German A2 proficiency.
