What you will do

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials according to programme specifications.
• Design and update module content, teaching materials, and VLE resources.
• Set, mark, and moderate assessments, providing timely feedback to students.
• Provide personal tutoring and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate projects.
• Monitor student engagement, attendance, and overall academic progress.
• Contribute to quality assurance, programme evaluation, and academic research.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience teaching and assessing in higher education.
• Must be willing to work across multiple college sites in London.
• Strong communication, digital, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work towards a PGCE and Fellowship of Advance HE.

Nice to have

• Graduate or Chartered Membership of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
• PhD or equivalent professional experience in psychology.
• Experience contributing to BPS-aligned or BPS-accredited programmes.
• Knowledge of BPS standards, ethics, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Experience with innovative or blended learning approaches.
