What you will do

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in accordance with curriculum standards.
• Develop and update teaching materials and maintain digital learning platforms.
• Set, assess, and provide detailed feedback on student assignments and exams.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to students, including those with learning support needs.
• Engage with quality assurance processes and contribute to module and programme evaluations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant business-related field.
• Experience teaching in Higher Education with strong digital teaching capabilities.
• Knowledge of HE quality assurance and validation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in or have the right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work towards HEA Fellowship.

Nice to have

• PhD (or near completion) or equivalent industry experience.
• Involvement in research or enterprise activity.
• Formal teaching qualification.
• Experience leading academic teams or specific modules.
