What you will do

• Lead and manage Programme Leaders and the wider programme team
• Monitor programme activities, academic performance, and ensure effective delivery
• Maintain relationships with university partners and coordinate with external examiners
• Prepare assessment briefs, manage internal verification, and handle governance reporting
• Chair Student Voice Forum and act on feedback to enhance learning experience
• Conduct teaching observations and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong academic background
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Experience in higher education programme management
• In-depth understanding of academic quality assurance and regulatory requirements
• Experience working with university partnerships and franchised programme arrangements

Nice to have

• Experience in OfS-regulated environments
• Familiarity with assessment boards, external examiners, and academic governance processes
