TL;DR

Talent Foundation Management Intern: Contribute to delivery and growth of Better Society Academy and Talent Foundation in fundraising and stakeholder management with an accent on programme operations, research, and events. Focus on scaling masterclass programmes, mapping donors and partners, and building alumnus community.

Location: NL-Hub, must be legally permitted to work and live in the Netherlands and currently enrolled in an EU university.

What you will do

• Assist in day-to-day operations and development of Better Society Academy masterclass programme.
• Conduct research on emerging themes and support planning, coordination, and outreach for masterclass events.
• Help scale the masterclass from two editions in 2026 to three in 2027 and develop alumnus community journey.
• Map potential donors and strategic partners, prepare presentation decks, and assist in stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master student in Education, Public Policy, Social Work, Business, Psychology, Development Studies, Anthropology, Nonprofit Management, Organisational Leadership, or related fields.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus.
• International background with cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Legally permitted to work and live in the Netherlands.
• Currently enrolled in an EU university.
