Salary: $90,000-$120,000

What you will do

• Lead LinkedIn strategy to drive growth, engagement, and thought leadership with distinctive content formats.
• Reimagine longform content like articles, interviews, podcasts, and speeches into social narratives and recurring franchises on AI, resilience, sleep, performance, leadership, and culture.
• Publish and optimize content across Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and Substack with cohesive yet native voice, partnering with design for shareable assets.
• Monitor emerging research and breaking news to synthesize timely commentary.
• Track metrics, run experiments, and refine strategy based on data for measurable growth.

Requirements

• Located in New York and excited to work primarily at our office in Soho
• 3+ years managing and scaling high-visibility social accounts (100K+ followers)
• Proven LinkedIn strategy experience
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for translating complex ideas into accessible content
• Strong understanding of B2B and leadership audiences
• Highly creative with editorial instinct, data-literate, organized, and fast-moving
