What you will do

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development for permanent, fixed-term, and associate faculty.
  • Support faculty performance management, including workload planning, KPIs, appraisals, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery and positive student outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing feedback, performance issues, and compliance matters.
  • Facilitate faculty development initiatives across teaching, digital learning, and quality enhancement areas.
  • Monitor and communicate student and staff feedback to inform continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in higher education management, faculty development, and training
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in a regulated sector
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and diplomacy
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across complex organisational structures
  • Educated to degree level, with a Master’s preferred or equivalent professional experience
