Director, Accounting (Biotech)

Salary: From $200,000 to $230,000 per year

What you will do

• Own accounting close activities, including journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Manage GL impact from third-party providers and SAP ERP interfaces.
• Oversee treasury accounting, banking reconciliations, and asset/liability recognition.
• Optimize and automate accounting processes for efficient close.
• Support SEC filings and SOX controls.
• Recruit, manage, and develop general accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and CPA required, with industry and auditing experience (preferably Big 4).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Experience growing and managing accounting teams in fast-paced environments.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
