TL;DR

Billing Oversight Customer Success Manager (RethinkBH): Drive customer retention and account growth for small and mid-sized ABA practices with an accent on billing oversight, RCM services, and product demonstrations. Focus on identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, resolving issues, and collaborating with revenue and product teams to meet growth targets.

Location: Remote opportunities available only to candidates residing in AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed quarterly/annual retention targets for billing customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities and demonstrate Rethink solutions to practice owners.
  • Oversee account metrics, anticipate issues, and drive upsell/cross-sell deals.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and advocate internally for quick support.
  • Collaborate with RCM and product teams on updates, concerns, and development priorities.
  • Maintain Salesforce data, conduct online meetings via Teams, and manage satisfaction surveys/reports.

Requirements

  • Must reside in one of: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, business, or related field.
  • Experience in ABA medical billing/operations and behavioral health.
  • Comfortable with technology, fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with electronic medical billing platforms; SaaS company experience preferred.
  • Track record of exceeding quota or driving growth; strong communication and CRM skills.
