What you will do

• Set UX vision for mobile products (iOS/Android) aligned with business strategy.
• Build design systems, patterns, and guidelines to enable faster, consistent shipping.
• Partner with product/engineering leadership to shape roadmap and high-stakes decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives like gamification, personalization, and rewards.
• Mentor senior designers and raise organizational design quality.
• Use data/research to identify opportunities and measure design impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years product design experience with progression to strategic leadership
• Portfolio showing staff-level impact: design systems, strategic initiatives, organizational influence
• Deep mobile-first expertise (iOS/Android) for consumer products
• Experience building design systems in startups/high-growth environments
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, systems thinking, leadership in ambiguity
• Consumer loyalty/rewards/gamification experience
• Data-driven decisions with analytics/research
