What you will do
- Respond to questions and comments on clients’ social channels during community management hours, ensuring brand voice and high responsiveness.
- Follow escalation processes to flag issues and crises to internal and external teams.
- Assist with scheduling and real-time publishing of content according to client calendars.
- Source influencers and brand advocates for client campaign partnerships.
- Identify trends and community insights for monthly reports and future strategy.
Requirements
- Available for weekend, nights, holiday shifts, and occasional weekday coverage.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Interest in social media with up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience with community management tools like Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Khoros, Social Studio preferred.
- Service-oriented mindset with passion for bringing brands to life on social media.
Nice to have
- Directly manage clients' community needs in absence of full-time Social Media Manager.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
