What you will do

• Design and implement sophisticated multi-agent systems to enable seamless collaboration between AI and human data professionals.
• Build and optimize large-scale retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge bases.
• Adapt off-the-shelf models for specific enterprise tasks using advanced fine-tuning techniques like LoRA and Prompt Tuning.
• Develop and optimize cloud-native architectures on AWS and Kubernetes for large-scale training and inference.
• Implement robust security measures, including data anonymization and prompt injection prevention.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Sunnyvale, CA.
• 5+ years of hands-on ML/AI experience, with at least 1 year specifically in GenAI/LLM projects.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying ML/AI systems in production environments.
• Expertise in Python and the ML stack (Hugging Face, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn).
• Production experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/Tensorflow) and transformer architectures.
• Experience with API development (FastAPI) and LLM evaluation metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
• Proficiency in LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Expertise in model compression, distillation, and semantic search.
