Strategic Partner Manager (Medtech): Owning the full portfolio of strategic vendor and integration partner relationships to transform into a strategic priority for its partners with an accent on interoperability and ecosystem scalability. Focus on managing EHR and CPaaS integrations, developing a standardized Partner Playbook, and driving cross-functional execution between Product, Engineering, and Sales.
Location: Must reside in one of 's hybrid office cities (Santa Barbara, CA or Philadelphia, PA) or designated Hiring Hubs (Boston, Chicago, Denver, Kansas City, LA, SF/Bay Area, Seattle)
Salary: $98,000 - $135,000 a year

What you will do
- Manage and scale high-value relationships across EHR, CPaaS, and cloud infrastructure categories.
- Oversee the integrity and performance of external technical integrations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Direct technical relationships with interoperability and EHR vendors to ensure seamless and reliable data flow.
- Scale marketplace onboarding by developing a standardized Partner Playbook.
- Lead complex programs cross-functionally, managing execution from joint planning to executive reporting.
Requirements
- 4-8+ years of experience in partner management, technical program management, or solutions implementations.
- Working knowledge of the U.S. healthcare IT ecosystem (EHRs, middleware, point solutions, patient engagement).
- Experience working with integration vendors, EHRs, and interoperability programs.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and third-party systems.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must reside in a hybrid office city or a designated hiring hub.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HL7/FHIR and healthcare integration standards.
- Background in enterprise SaaS and/or digital health.
- Track record of structuring and negotiating partnership agreements.
- Prior experience working at or with telecom and/or EHR vendors.
