Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 base salary plus bonus

What you will do
- Act as the technical expert in sales pursuits, articulating how products improve care quality, workflow efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
- Develop and deliver technically grounded product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts tailored to healthcare provider audiences.
- Provide subject matter expertise on backend infrastructure, EMR integrations, and interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and CDA.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to translate customer requirements into functional product enhancements.
- Build sales playbooks, talk tracks, and technical training programs to ensure commercial team readiness.
- Support the development of RFP responses, proposals, and detailed technical documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare technology, specifically with health systems and ambulatory care settings.
- Deep understanding of leading EMR platforms including Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and Athenahealth.
- Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITECH, HL7, FHIR).
- Proven experience supporting enterprise-level healthcare sales or solution engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, or a related field.
- Must be based in the US to align with regional benefits and regulatory compliance.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Certifications in Epic, HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare IT standards.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of population health, care coordination, or revenue cycle technologies.
