Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and manage the product backlog for Arc Suite products.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to define requirements and drive sprint execution.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development.
• Incorporate customer feedback and market input into product decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support product launches.
• Analyze product performance and usage data for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management or a related role.
• Experience owning product requirements and working with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Experience in fintech, investment management, or regulatory technology.
• Product management certification.
