What you will do

• Define AI Agent strategy and integrate natively agentic workflows across the platform.
• Lead the 0->1 development and roadmap for a new tax return delivery product line.
• Design and implement internal reporting, analytics, and customer discovery insight pipelines.
• Develop a strategy to scale the payments business to $100M+.
• Establish and refine the company's release and feature launch processes.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience.
• 1+ years of dedicated product management experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional skills in structured thinking, problem-solving, and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and alignment capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience working on platform products or shared infrastructure.
• Prior startup experience, especially at the Series A–C stage.
• Background in Chief of Staff, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Strategy roles.
• Domain expertise in fintech, accounting, or professional services software.
