What you will do
- Lead implementation of new features and enhancements on digital banking products.
- Design and develop front-end applications using Angular, React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Architect and build scalable, secure APIs supporting new features.
- Identify technical challenges, refactor code, reduce technical debt, and promote best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time.
- Drive test-driven development and robust testing strategies.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and participate in Agile processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years professional experience in enterprise software development with C# and .NET Core
- 4+ years front-end development with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- 4+ years SQL experience including query optimization and performance tuning
- Experience designing scalable APIs and integrating third-party SDKs
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native practices
- Track record in high-growth or startup environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Nice to have
- Experience with transaction processing systems in FinTech
- Experience with user access and permission management
- Familiarity with banking domain and operations
