Software Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote B2B contract role based in Poland

Company

hirify.global is a profitable financial platform providing business credit cards, spend management, savings, and other financial products for small businesses.

What you will do

• Build robust and scalable credit card and payment solutions using C# and .NET.
• Develop responsive user interfaces with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Own the software development lifecycle from coding through production monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Work with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and Software Engineers to solve customer problems end to end.
• Create unit and integration tests, troubleshoot bugs, and improve software quality.
• Translate technical decisions into business outcomes and challenge approaches when needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Experience with JavaScript and React is preferred within the full-stack role.
• Good unit and integration testing practices.
• Good understanding of database technologies.
• Experience with Agile development practices.
• Proactive, supportive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with MongoDB, Azure, GCP, Flutter, or Dart.
