What you will do

• Build scalable platforms, APIs, and user interfaces for patients and pharmacies
• Take ownership of full-stack features from design through implementation, testing, and release
• Mentor junior engineers and interns
• Promote development best practices and high-quality coding techniques
• Tackle complex design and technical problems to improve system performance
• Enhance usability to ensure a consistent user experience across web products

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with backend APIs, web services, and UI development
• Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, React, ECMAScript, and SQL (MySQL)
• Experience developing scalable, customer-facing web applications
• Strong practice in test-driven development (TDD)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Based in Toronto, Canada

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or Terragrunt
• Experience with AWS
