What you will do
- Build scalable platforms, APIs, and user interfaces for patients and pharmacies
- Take ownership of full-stack features from design through implementation, testing, and release
- Mentor junior engineers and interns
- Promote development best practices and high-quality coding techniques
- Tackle complex design and technical problems to improve system performance
- Enhance usability to ensure a consistent user experience across web products
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with backend APIs, web services, and UI development
- Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, React, ECMAScript, and SQL (MySQL)
- Experience developing scalable, customer-facing web applications
- Strong practice in test-driven development (TDD)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Based in Toronto, Canada
Nice to have
- Experience with Terraform or Terragrunt
- Experience with AWS
