Senior Full-Stack React/Node & NFT Gaming Developer

Location: Vancouver, Canada; 100% remote

Company

hirify.global is a Solana-based game combining play-and-earn mechanics, NFT collections, user-generated content, and multiplayer gaming.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the React codebase and contribute across the game’s technical ecosystem.
• Design and build an API for player data management.
• Collaborate with the external Unity game development team on multiplayer platform integration.
• Work with the crypto services team to deliver secure and fast player transactions.
• Identify technical risks, create technical briefs, and develop scalable tools and services.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, automated testing, scheduling, and engineer recruitment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Production experience with React, Node, JavaScript, and C#.
• Experience with multi-tenant cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Gitflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, including GitHub Actions.
• Experience designing large, horizontally scalable systems with high transaction volumes.
• Strong critical thinking, project management, communication, autonomy, and delivery skills.
