What you will do

• Design, prototype, and integrate AI-assisted workflows like automated code review, PR drafting, and test generation.
• Build and evolve proof-of-concepts into reusable, production-ready solutions demonstrating developer productivity gains.
• Experiment with AI agents for reducing toil in test execution, build triage, and Slack responses.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and IDE assistants.
• Ensure AI integrations meet security, privacy, compliance, and audit standards.
• Define metrics for AI adoption and collaborate on pilots and documentation.

Location: Targeting Latin American talent; company based in Tampa, Florida

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering or related technical roles.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted tools including Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
• Proven ability to operationalize AI from experiments to scalable adoption.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and analytics; strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS services like EKS, RDS, S3, IAM.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Buildkite, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
