What you will do

• Design and build internal agent libraries and core abstractions to enable fast and consistent agent creation.
• Develop the central agent runtime architecture, including the registry and observability surface.
• Engineer agent loops, prompt orchestration, tool invocation, and recovery behaviors.
• Implement memory layers for agents, including conversation history management and episodic memory.
• Establish an evaluation discipline using golden traces, regression evals, and CI gates.
• Build scalable backend services and secure RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building production applications, with recent depth in AI/LLM-based systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy).
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, vector databases) systems.
• Demonstrated experience designing and operating agent loops in production.
• Deep understanding of prompting strategies, guardrails, and LLM hyperparameters.
• Strong written and verbal English communication is a MUST.

Nice to have

• Experience running local LLMs via vLLM, Ollama, or llama.cpp.
• Familiarity with open-source agent harnesses.
• Advanced experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Pydantic AI.
