What you will do

• Lead and mentor 2–3 Senior Strategists, providing coaching and career development.
• Own strategy and client relationships for 2–4 key accounts as senior point of contact.
• Manage resource allocation and workload across the team.
• Define strategic processes, frameworks, and templates for consistency.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams and develop creative briefs.
• Lead research, analytics, performance tracking, and client workshops.
• Contribute to business development, pitches, and service innovation.

Requirements

• 12+ years in digital marketing with senior strategic leadership and team management experience
• Strong analytical skills for data-to-strategy translation across accounts
• Exceptional communication for C-level executives and client dynamics
• Advanced knowledge of customer segmentation, market analysis, brand positioning
• Experience in workshops, presentations, resource planning, process optimization
• Business acumen for opportunities, pricing, revenue growth
