What you will do

• Lead Digital team including Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Search, SEO, and Direct Marketing specialists for integrated campaigns.
• Provide strategic direction for social media, content, engagement, and influencer partnerships.
• Oversee paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), SEO, keyword research, and A/B testing.
• Manage direct marketing, email/SMS campaigns, CRM optimization, and performance tracking.
• Mentor team, set KPIs, align with business goals, and drive continuous learning.
• Engage stakeholders and clients with insights, recommendations, and business development support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years in digital marketing, with managerial experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in social media, paid ads, SEO, influencer marketing, direct marketing.
• Up-to-date with digital trends, tools, best practices, and performance measurement.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, creative, and technology industries.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
