What you will do
- Employ AI technologies and leverage Nova ecosystem to enhance business processes and department operations
- Establish strong client relationships through monthly check-ins, feedback, and opportunity sharing
- Guide account teams on comprehensive marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to meet business objectives
- Leverage data analytics for strategic insights, clear reporting, and actionable optimizations using business metrics
- Lead client retention, contract renewals, service expansions, and manage portfolio of $175K+ monthly recurring revenue
- Coach and develop account teams through servant leadership and timely feedback
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related discipline
- 8+ years digital marketing experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services, ideally in agency
- Proven track record of high customer satisfaction
- Extensive CRM or Marketing Operations experience (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Hubspot)
- Experience with business metrics like LTV:CAC, MER; campaign leadership in multi-channel environments
- Strong relationship-building with executives; self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
