What you will do

• Conduct targeted searches on LinkedIn to find decision-makers fitting the ideal client profile
• Identify appropriate contacts such as HR Managers, Hiring Directors, and Founders
• Gather and record company names, contact details, and job titles into the database
• Maintain and clean the lead list to ensure data accuracy

Requirements

• Good command of written English for interpreting professional content and profiles
• Strong organizational skills and an extremely high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work

Nice to have

• Previous experience in lead generation, research, or data entry roles
