What you will do

• Craft video-first content strategies for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, and livestreams.
• Create guerilla marketing campaigns for brand visibility and virality.
• Own audience targeting and large-scale customer acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, mixing paid, organic, creator-led, and offline channels.
• Experiment aggressively, iterate quickly, and scale what works.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and design to embed growth into the product and viral loops.
• Build repeatable growth systems, processes, and playbooks from the ground up.

Requirements

• Experience building growth systems and processes from scratch.
• Proven execution of real customer acquisition and brand campaigns.
• Deep understanding of online culture, memes, creators, communities, and momentum.
• Expertise in advertising KPIs, metrics-based creative storytelling, and pacing.
• Track record working with creators, streamers, and influencers.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with incomplete information.
