What you will do

• Deploy and configure new Windows and Linux servers to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Maintain and troubleshoot servers for optimal performance and uptime.
• Participate in incident management to resolve issues efficiently and improve processes.
• Support customer deployments by coordinating with infrastructure team to meet SLAs.
• Leverage automation tools like Ansible to streamline deployments and reduce manual work.
• Maintain documentation and share knowledge for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Based within one-hour proximity to Pittsburgh, PA
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server deployment and management.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and infrastructure automation tools.
• 3+ years in system administration, preferably in high-availability environments.
• Hands-on experience with server hardware, cloud infrastructure, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with incident management processes, monitoring tools, and log aggregation.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
