Salary: $85,000–$125,000 base + commissions

What you will do
- Become a trusted partner to advisors by understanding their business and positioning Sentinel's retirement solutions.
- Create and manage a balanced sales pipeline through relationships, prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn, webinars, and in-person meetings.
- Educate and influence advisors and decision-makers on Sentinel's value compared to larger competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth experiences from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing service.
- Continuously refine your approach, prioritize high-value activities, and share best practices with the team.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in B2B sales (preferred)
- High familiarity with defined contribution/defined benefit retirement plans, ERISA regulations, and plan design
- Strong verbal/written communication, analytical skills, and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and sales tools
- Growth mindset, ability to prioritize, qualify opportunities, and navigate complex sales processes
Nice to have
- ASPPA QPFC, QPFA or QKA designation
