What you will do
- Direct strategy and execution of paid acquisition across B2C and B2B channels including SEM, SMM, OTT, Reddit
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand & Content teams
- Set and manage monthly/quarterly budgets and goals for paid marketing
- Implement marketing automation, advanced tooling, and A/B testing for channels, ad types, messaging, targeting
- Conduct keyword research, measure data/analytics, and drive efficiency with AI and new tools
Requirements
- 5+ years paid marketing experience
- 3+ years owning Paid Search (SEM)
- 3+ years owning Paid Social (SMM)
- Experience owning large marketing budgets (8 figures annually)
- Strong experience in B2C and B2B acquisition
- Strong written/verbal communication, organizational, project management skills
- Confident in data-backed pushback on low-impact ideas
