What you will do

  • Lead global business development and sales function, including team structure, hiring, onboarding, and coaching
  • Develop and execute business development strategy for client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion
  • Translate business strategy into quarterly OKRs, sales plans, metrics tracking, pipeline health, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with CEO and executives on strategic planning and alignment between sales and service delivery
  • Maintain executive relationships with Am Law 200 and UK Top 50 firms, support high-value sales cycles
  • Optimize sales processes, client retention, cross-sell strategies, playbooks, enablement, and event strategy
  • Own sales performance reporting, market trends analysis, and evaluation of new markets and offerings

Requirements

  • 10+ years in business development, 5+ years in sales leadership for professional services and consulting in legal technology
  • Proven track record driving enterprise B2B sales cycles with large law firms or corporate legal departments
  • Deep knowledge of legal services and legal tech space, including buyer personas like CIOs, COOs, Managing Partners
  • Experience building and scaling sales organizations, team management, territory planning, quota setting
  • Analytical skills with CRM systems, sales dashboards, performance reporting
  • Strong communication for presenting to executives and boards; strategic yet hands-on mindset
