What you will do
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth through new logo acquisition and existing customer add-on activity.
- Deliver against pipeline generation targets through outbound prospecting, events, and referrals.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle process, including prospecting, qualification, and closing sales.
- Lead and orchestrate the extended team including marketing and customer success.
- Meet performance expectations for activity, pipeline, and closed/won sales.
- Contribute to a team-oriented sales culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS sales or technical sales experience.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving results.
- Experience in leading teams for complex solution sales.
- Legal-tech industry experience preferred.
- Strong Salesforce or CRM experience.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
