What you will do

• Drive large-scale end-to-end ML systems for recommendations, ranking, and personalization.
• Architect scalable ML platforms and pipelines using Spark and Airflow.
• Build and optimize advanced models with PyTorch, ensuring production reliability.
• Lead development of LLM-powered systems, including prompt design and fine-tuning.
• Establish experimentation best practices and robust A/B testing methodologies.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to shape AI strategy.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in machine learning and production-grade systems.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with distributed systems such as Spark or Airflow.
• Expertise in recommendation systems, ranking, or NLP.
• Experience building production-ready LLM features.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX.
