What you will do

• Design and ship production ML models for hirify.global's app, website, and notifications.
• Re-architect home ranking and recommendation systems to support advanced neural networks.
• Own the full ML lifecycle from offline prototyping and experimentation to A/B testing and monitoring.
• Integrate cutting-edge deep learning and LLMs to improve the home shopping experience.
• Develop AI components to optimize content display and recommendation timing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of scientists, product managers, and designers to execute the strategic roadmap.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in developing search, personalized ranking, or recommender systems.
• Experience deploying ML models for high-traffic, latency-sensitive customer-facing services.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
• Proficiency with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Catboost, scikit-learn, and HuggingFace.
• Expertise in large-scale distributed data processing systems (Hive, Spark, Airflow, or Databricks).
• Must be based in one of the 50 United States.

Nice to have

• Master's degree with 2+ years of experience or BS with 4+ years of experience.
• Prior experience or high level of curiosity with generative AI.
